Celebrate Shabbat with CBE friends at the August Community Shabbat Dinner!  

Prior to Shabbat services, we invite you to come for a friendly, fun dinner.  This is a wonderful opportunity to eat great food, meet new members, reconnect with existing members, and catch up with long-standing friends!

As with many of Beth Emek's best events, the Community Shabbat Dinner relies on community volunteers for its success. We'd love it if you could volunteer to help clean up.

Please RSVP by 3:00 pm, Friday, August 19th by following these easy steps:

1. REPLY: Will you attend & how many guests? 

2. Add in the comments what clean up tasks you can assist with. 

• Put away chairs (2-3)
• Take down dining tables (2)
• Sweep (1-2) 
• Wash serving dishes
• Assist in kitchen clean-up

3. Choose a dish to contribute from the list below. Only 1 selection per family. All dishes MUST:

• Be vegetarian/dairy (or a specified fish)
• Generously feed 8-12 people
• Be labeled
• Go home with you

As always, please feel free to bring your own bottle of wine to go with dinner.
